The traditional Greek olive variety Koroneiki gives an olive oil of excellent quality.
Hand-picked organic olives are gently cold-extracted, within hours of harvesting.
The Koroneiki organic olive oil has a medium-fruity aroma and a rich taste with a
pleasant bitter note and a spicy after-taste.
Olive harvesting begins in October, always with great care for the trees and their fruits. After the olives have been hand-picked, they are carefully selected and sorted, so the cold extraction process can begin.
