New Season: Harvest October 2024
A single varietal extra virgin olive oil from the native variety Manaki of Argolis. The region of Argolis, located in the Peloponnese county, is renowned for predominantly cultivating the Manaki variety.
For this Extra Virgin Olive Oil, hand-picked organic olives are gently cold-extracted within hours of harvesting. The taste of the organic MANAKI olive oil is particularly mild, with a unique sweetness and only a slight bitter note and pungency, and a light herbaceous aroma.
The olive groves of the family business Hermes Dimarakis are located in the east of the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece. The olive trees grow in a hilly landscape and benefit from the microclimate of the nearby sea. The Dimarakis family has been cultivating olive trees and producing superior quality olive oils, in the third generation, for over 50 years.
